Personality Test, also known as ‘Interview’ is the final step for success in Civil Services Examination. The impetus of the interview is to check whether the candidate is apt for a career in the Civil Services. Means, whether the candidate has the potential to demonstrate good administrative skills. It also assesses candidates mental awareness, ability to check the attribute of judgment, profundity of his/her interest/hobbies, etc.
The mains marks will be carried forward, and post the interview, the marks scored will be added up to announce final selection.
